TWO WEEK BLITZ!

I haven’t fooled with blogging for quite a while now.  But since this is early January in a lovely new year, maybe it’s time to revisit things which have been somewhat helpful in the past and convert them to being helpful in the now. Maybe. 

Somewhere I read that it takes doing something solidly for two weeks to make said activity a habit.  In the name of beneficial undiscovered and underserved good habits in my life. I’m thinking of coming up with some sort of two week program in which I…..do things.  Exercise, eat properly, lose my gut and butt, read, and play a musical instrument a bit.  The possibilities are endless to the Nth degree!

Here we go!
